William Grace are delighted to announce that they have been joined by two new senior lawyers.
Abby Minns is an intellectual property lawyer with 12 years’ experience in the area. Abby’s experience covers a variety of IP rights including copyright, trademarks, database rights and patents. Her expertise relates to a broad range of industries, including digital media, communications, electronics and life sciences. Abby provides advice to clients on how best to protect and exploit their IP assets as well as dealing with disputes and alleged infringements. She has an in depth understanding of the value of IP to businesses and the need to deal with disputes in an efficient and cost effective manner.
Claudia Vincenzi specialises in commercial and technology law, with particular expertise in e-commerce. She has extensive “in-house” experience which provides her with a true understanding of how legal advisors need to work with their clients and how they can add value to clients’ businesses. Claudia’s experience also includes commercial contracts, consumer law, intellectual property rights and regulatory matters. She also has experience in dealing with data protection and privacy matters, having led the implementation of GDPR compliance programmes.
